Owners, Chuck and Amber Kocian, have lived in Bryan Place for three years. The people and community are their favorite things about Bryan Place. In fact, the motivation behind creating this gorgeous garden was so they could sit out front and enjoy conversations with the neighbors as they pass by.
When you visit their yard, it’s easy to imagine you’re briefly at the arboretum, which was the inspiration behind their vision. The colorful blend of pansies and tulips are a true delight for the eyes and the smell of hyacinths is the perfect finishing touch! These beautiful blooms should be motivation to us all to meet more people this season and enjoy a deeper community at Bryan Place.
