    • Discussed new developments and parking with the affected townhome association ‐ Eric Williamson

    • General Membership Meeting:
      • Managing Feral Cats;
      • General discussion of the Curb Numbering Project and the Landscape Project.
  • May
    • Began the process of reinstating Association Charter and establishing tax exempt status.
      • Charter reinstated in June;
      • IRS Tax Exempt status still pending ‐ Eric Williamson
  • June
    • Worked with city on parking and speeding concerns of members – Zach Popkess
      • City installed no parking signs on Skiles on the park side of the street and made other recommendations for other areas of concern;
      • City speed tests have not been performed yet.
    • Landscape project completed at the corner of Pavillon & Bryan ‐ Dan Cohn
    • Curb Numbering Project completed ‐ Linda Collins
  • July
    • Negotiated additional parking with developer to minimize impact on Bryan Place – Jim Rogers, Bill Bloomgarden & Eric Williamson
    • Co‐hosted the July 4th celebration with Bryan Place Swimming Pool Assn ‐ Kim Callahan & Alessandra Antonio
    • Provided updated membership directories to paid members ‐ Judy Jacobs
