There was definite headway made this week on the Republic Ranch/ Pilikia case.
An article in the Dallas Morning News published yesterday evening sums the story up very well.
THANK YOU to the neighbors who showed up to support the City of Dallas who is trying to make the establishments operate within the zoning of PD298. It was noticed by the court that there was a presence of concerned citizens.

- Will decrease volume to comply with code.

- Will stop “commercial amusement activities” (dancing & entertainment for a fee)
