Plans are being made for students from the nearby Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts to showcase their talent at
the Gateway To The Arts District, the underpass at Ross Avenue and Central Expressway.

The plan is to make it a combined event for the students who will be painting more of the bridge pillars and neighborhood volunteers to spruce up the gateway. This is being done just in time for strolling over to visit the new Kylde Warren Park, deck park over Woodall Rodgers Freeway.

So mark your calendar for Saturday morning, November 3rd. More details will come in the next newsletter and e-mail blast.
